dc.descriptionThe research presented below had the purpose of studying how job skills influence the employability of graduates from the Urusayhua Higher Education Institute in the year 2023, for which the methodology used was a basic type of research approach. quantitative, causal scope and non-experimental design. The population under study were the graduates of the 2023-I semester of the Urusayhua Higher Education Institute in the district of Santa Ana, province of La Convencion, department of Cusco, and the sample was of the census type, so all the units that belong to the population for its study, the conclusions reached were that job skills influence the employability of graduates from the Urusayhua Higher Education Institute. Since 72.933 and the p-value =0.000 < 0.05 have been obtained through the Chi square statistical test, in addition the pseudo-R square value of Nagelkerke 0.299.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa investigación que se presenta a continuación tuvo la finalidad de estudiar como las competencias laborales influyen en la empleabilidad de los egresados del Instituto de Educación Superior Urusayhua en el año 2023, para lo cual se realiza la metodología utilizada fue una investigación de tipo básica de enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance correlacional causal y diseño no experimental. La población en estudio fueron los egresados del semestre 2023-I del Instituto de Educación Superior Urusayhua en el distrito de Santa Ana provincia de La Convención departamento del Cusco y la muestra fue del tipo censal por lo cual se utilizaron todas las unidades que pertenecen a la población para su estudio, la conclusión a la que se llego fue que las competencias laborales influyen en la empleabilidad de los egresados del Instituto de Educación Superior Urusayhua. Ya que se ha obtenido mediante la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado un 72.933 y el p-valor =0.000 < 0.05, además el valor pseudo-R cuadrado de Nagelkerke 0.299.es_PE
