dc.descriptionThe main objective of this research entitled “BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING IN THE AGRARIA COOPERATIVA CAFETALERA ALTO URUBAMBA LTDA N° 239- CUSCO, 2023” was to determine the relationship between business management and the decision making of the members of the cooperative. agraria cafetalera Alto Urubamba LTDA N° 239 Cusco, 2023. The methodology developed was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational scope, considering a population and representative sample of 125 members of the Agraria Cafetalera Alto Urubamba cooperative, a who were applied the questionnaire instrument consisting of 39 items that were answered by the members registered in the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Alto Urubamba Ltda N° 239- Cusco in the year 2023. In the results, it was obtained that the level of significance is p =0.001 < 0.05, in addition to the Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.775. Concluding that there is a high positive relationship between business management and decision making of the members of the Alto Urubamba LTDA N° 239 coffee agricultural cooperative.es_PE

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación titulada “GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL Y TOMA DE DECISIONES EN LA COOPERATIVA AGRARIA CAFETALERA ALTO URUBAMBA PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCIÓN, CUSCO 2023”, tuvo por objetivo principal determinar la relación de la gestión empresarial con la toma de decisiones de los socios de la cooperativa agraria cafetalera Alto Urubamba LTDA N° 239 Cusco, 2023. La metodología desarrollada fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y alcance correlacional, considerando una población y muestra representativa de 125 socios de la cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Alto Urubamba, a quienes se les aplicó el instrumento de cuestionario conformado por 39 ítems que fueron respondidas por los socios registrados en la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Alto Urubamba Ltda N° 239- Cusco en el año 2023. En los resultados se obtuvo que el nivel de significancia es de p=0,001 < 0,05, además del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0,775. Concluyendo que si existe una relación positiva alta entre la gestión empresarial y la toma de decisiones de los socios de la cooperativa agraria cafetalera Alto Urubamba LTDA N° 239.
