| dc.description | The research titled “INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIPS ON THE GENERATION OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE DISTRICT OF SANTA ANA, LA CONVENCIÓN 2023” aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship on the generation of jobs in the district of Santa Ana, La Convention 2023, for which which a basic methodology was used, with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. The population under study were the enterprises registered in the chamber of commerce of La Convencion, which were 21, since the size was small, the study was carried out with a census sample. After the statistical analysis and analysis of the results obtained, a p-value of 0.002 less than 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.606 was obtained, so it was concluded that employment generation has a positive and high impact on entrepreneurship in the district. of Santa Ana, La Convencion, Cusco in the year 2023, it was also found that 54% of those surveyed indicate that the generation of jobs in the district of Santa Ana due to entrepreneurship is regular, 25% indicate that it is bad and that the 21% is good. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | En la investigación titulada “INFLUENCIA DE LOS EMPRENDIMIENTOS EN LA GENERACIÓN DE EMPLEO EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, LA CONVENCIÓN 2023” tiene finalidad determinar la influencia del emprendimiento en la generación de empleos en el distrito de Santa Ana, La Convención 2023, para lo cual se empleó una metodología de tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo y alcance correlacional. La población en estudio fueron los emprendimientos registrados en la cámara de comercio de La Convención, los cuales fueron 24 dado que el tamaño fue pequeño se realizó el estudio con una muestra censal. Luego del análisis estadístico y análisis de los resultados obtenidos se obtuvo un p-valor de 0.002 menor a 0.05 y un coeficiente de correlación de 0.606 por lo que se concluyó que la generación de empleo incide de manera positiva y alta en el emprendimiento en el distrito de Santa Ana, La Convención, Cusco en el año 2023 además se halló que 54% de los encuestados indican que la generación de empleos en el distrito de Santa Ana debido a los emprendimientos es regular, el 25% indica que es malo y que el 21% es bueno. | es_PE |
