dc.descriptionThis research is titled: “BUDGET EXECUTION AND FULFILLMENT OF GOALS IN THE MUNICIPAL DRINKING WATER AND SEWER COMPANY QUILLABAMBA- EMAQ S.R.LTDA. 2023.” Its main objective was to determine the relationship between budget execution and the fulfillment of goals in the municipal drinking water and sewage company Quillabamba EMAQ S.R.LTDA. 2023. The methodology developed was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design. A representative sample of 43 workers and/or officials of the municipal drinking water and sewage company Quillabamba EMAQ S.R.LTDA was considered, to whom the instrument of a closed questionnaire was applied to know the perception of both variables. As the main result regarding the general objective, the Spearman Rho statistical test was applied, obtaining a value of 0.788, which indicates that there is a high positive relationship between budget execution and goal fulfillment in the Quillabamba Municipal Drinking Water and Sewer Company EMAQ. S.R.LTDA. 2023, it is understood that the direct link between goal achievement and budget execution creates a positive feedback cycle, where success in meeting goals reinforces effectiveness in budget management, contributing to a more efficient and aligned use of resources. financial resources of the company.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación de título: “EJECUCIÓN PRESUPUESTAL Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE METAS EN LA EMPRESA MUNICIPAL DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO QUILLABAMBA- EMAQ S.R.LTDA. 2023”. Tuvo por objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la ejecución presupuestal y el cumplimiento de metas en la empresa municipal de agua potable y alcantarillado Quillabamba EMAQ S.R.LTDA. 2023. La metodología desarrollada fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental. Se consideró una muestra representativa de 43 trabajadores y/o funcionarios de la empresa municipal de agua potable y alcantarillado Quillabamba EMAQ S.R.LTDA. a quienes se aplicó el instrumento de un cuestionario cerrado para conocer la percepción sobre ambas variables. Como resultado principal respecto al objetivo general se aplicó la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman, obteniendo un valor de 0,788, lo cual indica que existe una relación positiva alta entre ejecución presupuestal y cumplimiento de metas en la Empresa Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado Quillabamba EMAQ S.R.LTDA. 2023, se entiende que la vinculación directa entre el logro de metas y la ejecución presupuestal crea un ciclo de retroalimentación positiva, donde el éxito en el cumplimiento de metas refuerza la eficacia en la gestión presupuestaria, contribuyendo a un uso más eficiente y alineado de los recursos financieros de la empresa.es_PE
